Is the facility heated?

Yes, our facility is heated in the winter.

What is the height of the entrance gate?

The entrance gate is 14’, large enough for even the tallest RVs and boats.

What are the access times?

You will have unlimited in and out privileges Monday – Saturday 6 am – 9 pm and Sunday 9 am – 5 pm.

How long is the lease? What about when I’m ready to move out?

All leases are month-to-month. We offer a prorated rent at the time of move in. If you move out before the end of the month, you will not be charged for the following month. All you need to do is return the key fob and you’ll be all set.

How much does a unit cost?

Prices for units, cars, RVs, and boats , are all listed. Please look at our special offers page for move in specials!

Do you sell locks or boxes?

Yes, we sell both. Locks are $11 each, and boxes are $3.50 per box.

When is rent due?

All rents reset and are due on the first of the month. We offer a grace period until the 4th. If we have not received a payment by the 5th, there will be a $10 late fee applied to your account. Every 5 days without payment will result in an additional $5 or $10 fee, not to exceed $50 per month. We understand that life happens and will do our best to help you avoid paying any fees.

How can I pay?

We offer multiple options to make things as simple as possible. We have an online payments portal located on the home page of this website. We accept mailed checks, and you can call in a payment by credit card. You’re always welcome to come into the office and pay with cash, check or credit.

Can I store my truck there?

We offer outdoor 18-wheeler, semi-truck and tractor trailer parking for $150/month + tax. You will have 24/7 access to the lot, and you will be able to leave your car here while you’re driving the truck. Please see our Truck Parking page for more information.
